This is a template terms of service for the Itinify demo build. Before real launch, this should be reviewed by a qualified professional to make sure it fits your actual business and complies with the laws that apply to you.

Using Itinify

Our free city and backpacking guides are available to everyone. Some features — community posting, deeper city content, travel buddy matching, and more — require an Itinify Premium subscription.

Accounts

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to legally hold a subscription in your country.
• One account per person — please don't share logins.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account page.
• Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
• Prices may change, but Founding Members keep their original rate for as long as they stay subscribed.

Community content

When you post a question, answer, or travel buddy listing, you're responsible for what you share. Keep it respectful, accurate, and legal — we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that don't meet that bar.

Content accuracy

We do our best to keep guide information (prices, opening hours, safety advice) accurate and current, but travel information changes fast. Always double-check anything time-sensitive — visa rules, opening hours, safety advisories — against official sources before you travel.

Limitation of liability

Itinify is a planning resource, not a guarantee. We're not liable for losses arising from travel decisions made using our content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Itinify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
